The Kidde 2030DCR Carbon Monoxide Alarm is a compact, batterypowered safety device thats designed to continuously detect dangerous levels of carbon monoxide (CO) in homes. It uses an electrochemical sensor with a tenyear sensor lifespan and is powered by two AA batteries. The alarm features multicolour LED indicators (green, red, amber) that show status, fault, or alarm conditions, and has a test/reset button for user checks. It emits a loud ~85 dB alarm when CO is detected, and includes an endoflife warning to signal when the unit needs replacing.
